After finding that most Farmhouses are WAY too big for one sim- I was able to create the Hidden Oasis Farmhouse, a beautiful property with elevated landscaping, sharp architecture and plenty of planned space for a sim to grow in! Totally perfect for the small families who are interested in farming but don't want to upkeep a massive house. I used VERY little CC- you guys enjoy!
