After finding that most Farmhouses are WAY too big for one sim- I was able to create the Hidden Oasis Farmhouse, a beautiful property with elevated landscaping, sharp architecture- Totally perfect for the small families who are interested in farming but don't want to upkeep a massive house! Perfect for single sims, or couples w/ a green thumb and a love for nature and animals!
