MuvaSimmer, Sessimi Sims & I all teamed up a few months ago to create the new Simerica Next Top Model  Pack! This pack offers ATNM themed careers, Skills, Animations, TS4 Builds & so much more! Working with these ladies was like working with a POWERHOUSE! They were so knowledgeable about their craft and it felt great working together on something with other AMAZING Black CC Creators!

The Corner Spot is a metropolitan in the hood for all of your essential needs. Rudy's liquor store on the corner has all the Cigarette's, liquor and Doritos than you could ever ask for AND there's a functioning recording studio right next door! Perfect for hood shenanigans or just hanging out and meeting new people. There is even a small pizza koisk hidden in the back alley so even on your latest night- you can grab some grub! Enjoy. 

The Shady Street Apartments are rough on the outside- BUT, surprisingly cozy and inviting on the inside. Looks can be deceiving because although the building appears to be a apartment with multiple residences, it's actually one large four story functional house perfect for a modern family who enjoys it's charming, industrial edge. I literally used 1 peice of CC for this build!! I'm supper proud. So, Enjoy! 

It's ALMOST Halloween Ya'll! Which means it's time to get SPOOKY! After spending almost a week on this build, I finally came up with the perfect Haunted Mansion for your sims to visit, and be scared to death (laughs like a villian)! The Haunted Mansion is equipped with a 3 levels of fright and includes a chilling graveyard, a petrifying maze and a hidden campfire area to tell all of your Spooky day stories!  And, if you want to get REALLY dark, you can marry your true love under one of the spooky arches, sprinkled around this lot, providing the perfect haunted wedding (if that's what your into)!!
