REAL ESTATE SIGNS (DECO)

This was a request for one of my amazing new supporters! They wanted a Century 21 sign that I created when I first began making CC a few months ago, however, I really didn't like the sign and wanted to add a little twist to it, so I created a new mesh and this is the finished products! When creating the mesh, I found it really hard to find anything that I could use on the web, so I used my graphic design skills to create my own signs and made them sim based! Century 21 Real Estate is now Simtury 21 Real Estate in game!!  I especially enjoyed making this cute little set and probably spent waay to much time on it, BUT, the little details really help make the game so much more realistic and screenies so much more fun! So, enjoy! This one is on the house! LOL Get it!! *Pun intended*
